1Acceptance of Terms

By booking a taxi or using any service offered by Mohit CabTaxi Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2Taxi Booking Terms

• •Bookings must be made via phone (9520921209), WhatsApp, or through our website contact form.
• •A booking is confirmed only after verbal or written confirmation from Mohit CabTaxi Services.
• •You must provide accurate pickup location, drop location, date, and time at the time of booking.
• •Advance bookings are recommended for airport transfers and outstation trips.
• •We reserve the right to decline a booking at our discretion.

3Passenger Policies

• •Passengers must be ready at the pickup location at the confirmed time.
• •A maximum 10-minute waiting time is provided for the driver. Additional waiting charges may apply.
• •Passengers must wear seatbelts at all times during the journey.
• •Smoking, alcohol consumption, and carrying illegal items inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
• •Passengers must behave respectfully toward the driver and fellow passengers.
• •Mohit CabTaxi Services is not responsible for items left behind in the vehicle.

4Driver Policies

• •All drivers are verified, licensed, and trained by Mohit CabTaxi Services.
• •Drivers will follow the most appropriate route unless a specific route is requested.
• •Drivers have the right to refuse service if passenger behavior is inappropriate.
• •Drivers will not deviate from the agreed route without passenger consent.

5Payment Terms

• •Payment can be made in cash, UPI, or other agreed methods.
• •The fare is agreed upon at the time of booking and is subject to applicable tolls and night charges.
• •Outstation trips may require partial advance payment.
• •Receipt will be provided on request.
• •Prices are subject to change during peak seasons, national holidays, or fuel price revisions.

6Limitation of Liability

Mohit CabTaxi Services shall not be liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control. Our maximum liability in any case is limited to the fare paid for the affected booking.

7Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the property of Mohit CabTaxi Services and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

8Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Haldwani, Uttarakhand.

9Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
