1Refund Eligibility
- •Full refund: Cancellation made more than 6 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
- •50% refund: Cancellation made between 2 to 6 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
- •No refund: Cancellation made less than 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
- •No refund: No-show by the passenger at the confirmed pickup location.
- •Full refund: Cancellation initiated by Mohit CabTaxi Services due to vehicle unavailability.
2Non-Refundable Charges
- •Toll charges already paid on behalf of the passenger.
- •Waiting charges incurred beyond the free waiting period.
- •Driver allowance for outstation overnight stays already incurred.
- •Advance partial payments for outstation trips where the journey has commenced.
3Refund Process
- •To initiate a refund, contact us at 9520921209 (call or WhatsApp).
- •Provide your booking details including name, phone number, and booking date.
- •Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days from the date of approval.
- •Refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, etc.).
- •Cash payments are refunded in cash or via UPI transfer.
4Force Majeure
In cases of cancellation due to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, floods, or other unforeseeable events beyond our control, a full refund will be provided. Mohit CabTaxi Services will make every effort to notify passengers in advance.
5Partial Journey Refunds
- •If a journey is incomplete due to a vehicle breakdown, a proportional refund will be given.
- •If an alternative vehicle is provided and the journey is completed, no refund will apply.
- •If a passenger voluntarily ends a journey mid-way, no refund will be given.
6Disputes
If you believe a refund has been incorrectly processed or denied, please contact us within 14 days of the booking date. We will review the case and respond within 3 business days.
