Cancellation Policy

1How to Cancel a Booking

• •Call us directly at 9520921209 to cancel your booking.
• •Send a WhatsApp message to 9520921209 with your booking details.
• •Cancellations must be confirmed by our team to be valid.
• •Please provide your name, phone number, and booked travel date when cancelling.

2Cancellation Timeframes & Charges

• •More than 6 hours before pickup: Full refund, no cancellation charge.
• •2–6 hours before pickup: 50% of the booking amount is charged.
• •Less than 2 hours before pickup: Full booking amount is charged (no refund).
• •No-show at pickup location: Full booking amount is forfeited.
• •Airport transfer cancellations must be made at least 4 hours in advance for a full refund.

3Outstation Trip Cancellations

• •Cancellations more than 24 hours before departure: Full refund of advance payment.
• •Cancellations 6–24 hours before departure: 50% of advance payment refunded.
• •Cancellations less than 6 hours before departure: Advance payment forfeited.
• •If the journey has commenced, no refund will be processed for outstation trips.

4Tour Package Cancellations

• •More than 48 hours before tour start: Full refund of advance.
• •24–48 hours before tour start: 30% cancellation charge applied.
• •Less than 24 hours before tour start: 50% cancellation charge applied.
• •Day of tour or no-show: 100% cancellation charge (no refund).

5Cancellation by Mohit CabTaxi Services

• •In rare cases of vehicle unavailability or driver emergency, we may cancel a booking.
• •You will be notified as early as possible via call or WhatsApp.
• •A full refund will be provided if we cancel the booking.
• •We will attempt to arrange an alternative vehicle wherever possible.

6Rescheduling Policy

• •Bookings can be rescheduled free of charge if requested more than 4 hours before pickup.
• •Rescheduling requests made less than 4 hours before pickup are subject to availability.
• •Maximum 1 free rescheduling is allowed per booking.
